Online Registration up and running. The links below connect you to our Conference registration tool.

You payment will cover all conference materials and lodging at the Edgewater Resort. Meals and transportation are on your own.

All deadlines are at 11:59 EST.

  • Register for Week 1 (February 27 to March 6)
    Registration closes on February 20
    T-shirt deadline: February 14
  • Register for Week 2 (March 6 to 13)
    Registration closes on February 27
    T-shirt deadline: February 21
  • Register for Week 3 (March 13 to 20)
    Registration closes on March 6

Refund Policy

A full refund minus $50 will be given until the online registration system for your week closes.

No refunds will be given after the online registration closes.  No exceptions.

Payments and Scholarships

Here are a few important points:

  1. You may send in a check made out to Big Break or submit a credit card payment when you register on the Big Break website. Please send your check postmarked by the registration deadline to:

    *NOTE: Please email bigbreak@uscm.org if your check will arrive close to or after the registration deadline. Thanks.*
  2. If you are receiving a scholarship, please follow the instructions on the registration website to type in the name of the staff person giving you permission to have the scholarship. That staff member will receive an email telling him that you have registered. Note: you must have permission from the staff person before typing in his name on the registration.
  3. You may raise support to cover the cost of your Big Break missions trip. You may raise support to cover the cost of transportation, hotel, food, and support raising supplies. Please have donors make their checks out to Big Break. Please send the checks together to the address above by your week’s registration deadline.
  4. All attendees must pay the full amount including those who receive a scholarship or support BEFORE the registration deadline. Please come to the Big Break office to receive a refund if you received a scholarship or support. (We need you to make a ‘downpayment’  to reserve your spot, but we will give that money back to you after your arrival.)
  5. Raising support: You may raise support up to $50/day for your food at Big Break.

If you are raising support for food, we can give you cash once you arrive in Panama City. 12% will be taken out if you are raising support above your conference fee. *Please note that Big Break does not handle any funds raised for transportation. Please give those checks to your campus liaison.*

Big Break T-Shirt

Big Break T-shirts will be sold online for $10! Be sure to place your order when you register.

We will not be selling shirts at Big Break. You must pick up your shirt at Big Break as we will not mail them. No refunds on shirts.
